We process all Purchases immediately
We make it a priority to keep our customers informed about the progress of their order. We do occasionally fall behind on despatching items, if we have limited stock on hand or if there is an abnormally large queue. It may take several days on some ocassions to despatch goods but we will always inform customers about the status of their order. There are lead times on some products and on occasion, goods may have to be sourced from manufacturers overseas. If you feel that your order has been unreasonably delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to track your shipment.
